Commercial real estate is one of the keys to any community's economic development. The Edgewater Development Corporation is a local non-profit 501(c)(3), community-based organization with the mission to redevelop the commercial resources of Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood to better serve the entire community. The EDC maintains a list of available properties as a community service.
